About us

Bottrills Solicitors LLP first opened its doors in Barnet in 1973. Since this time we have supported hundreds of clients across the South East.

We've got it covered

Bottrills was established in Barnet in 1973. Since this time, we have been providing high-quality legal advice and serving clients in North London, Hertfordshire and beyond.

Ruth Rush and Kimberley Spikings head up the Bottrills Solicitors firm as Partners. They are very proud to serve and maintain a very good reputation within the local community.
Ruth and Kimberley see their role as partners in creating value for both individuals and businesses. They achieve this by training the Bottrills team to take the time to understand you, learn how your business works and establish the best way to deliver value.

Bottrills prides itself on delivering a seamless service, whatever the needs of the clients may be, tailoring their services to the individuals’ requirements. It is always recognised that Bottrills needs to be a firm that is approachable and accessible, and this stance has enabled the firm to continue to support its clients through projects, business in general, cases and individual personal transactions.

Bottrills strives to help its clients obtain their objectives and goals in a meaningful way. This includes working flexibly to support clients and supporting out-of-hours when required.

There is always room for improvement, and Bottrills will continue to invest time with its team, build relationships with clients, and strive to understand its client’s needs.

Meet the team

Ruth Rush

Ruth has worked for Bottrills Solicitors since 2012, and on 1st October 2013, became a Partner. Ruth specialises in private client work and property matters with a keen interest in development work. Ruth also works with a number of charities, local to both offices, by supporting them with their fundraising and assisting patients who have been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness.

When not at the office, Ruth is a keen horse rider and is currently in the process of writing her own biography whilst learning to speak Italian. In the very near future, Ruth is currently making plans to set up her own dog kennels and breed dogs. Let’s hope they don’t all end up in the office…
